SOP Starter Sessions

Build your first processes collaboratively. We’ll have two-three focused sessions where you explain how your business actually works.

What is included

  • Two - three Zoom sessions (approximately 60 minutes each)
  • Three to five professionally written SOPs based on your conversations
  • Delivered in your preferred format (Word, PDF, or Google Doc)
  • One round of amends included
  • £100 credited toward the Business Operations Audit if you proceed

The Hire-Ready Bundle

Prepare your business operationally before bringing on your first team member.

This comprehensive bundle ensures you have the essential structures in place to seamlessly integrate new hires, making the process efficient and stress-free.

What is included

  • Three to five core SOPs built collaboratively (via two - three Zoom sessions)
  • Role clarity document - what this person will do day-to-day
  • Simple onboarding SOP - how they will be trained, what week one looks like
  • Tools and access map - what they will need and who sets it up
  • Basic delegation guide - what can leave your plate immediately

This does not cover recruitment, employment law, contracts, or people management. Those areas fall outside operational readiness and will be signposted to the appropriate professionals where relevant.

The Solo Retainer

Receive consistent, affordable hands-on support each month.

A capped monthly retainer for solo founders who need regular hands-on administrative and operational support. Scoped clearly so that delivery is consistent, expectations are managed, and the founder always knows what is included.

Included are things like:

  • Inbox triage and management
  • Scheduling and diary support
  • Document creation and formatting
  • Ad hoc admin support as needed within the monthly scope
