How do we get started?
Simple. Book a free discovery call and we'll take it from there.
In 20–30 minutes we'll talk through where you are, what's not working, and what kind of support would make the biggest difference. No hard sell, no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether Hunter Admin is the right fit for you.
If it is, we'll put together a plan that works for your business and your budget. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
How many hours do I need?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for — but as a general guide, most of our VA retainer clients start from 5 hours per month and build from there as they see the value.
If you're not ready for a retainer, our Admin Power Hour (£150) is the perfect starting point. One focused 90-minute session, a written action plan, and total clarity on what needs fixing first.
What tools do you use?
We work with a wide range of platforms and adapt to what your business already uses. Our core toolkit includes Google Drive, Mailchimp, Canva, Webador, Stripe and Payhip — but we're comfortable picking up new tools quickly and won't ask you to change your setup unnecessarily.
Are you UK-based?
Yes - Hunter Admin is proudly UK-based. Gemma is based in West Sussex, and Anna operates remotely across the UK.
We support small businesses throughout the UK virtually, and also offer in-person support for businesses local to the Littlehampton and West Sussex area.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is something we take seriously — full stop.
Everything shared with Hunter Admin is treated with complete discretion. We operate under strict confidentiality agreements and will never share your business information with any third party.
What about GDPR?
We handle all client data in full compliance with UK GDPR. That means your information - and your clients' information - is stored, processed and managed responsibly and securely at all times.
