Business Operations Audit - £395 · Week 1

A structured review of how your business actually runs. Ends with a written plan you own outright. Credited in full against your first retainer month.

Kick-off - Week 2

Your retainer starts. The first month is always about stabilising. Inbox, calendar, the urgent fires. Foundations first.

Rhythm - Month 2 onwards

Monthly reviews, quarterly check-ins, steady progress against the plan. Process improvement, SOPs, delegation frameworks — built around what your business actually needs.

Not usually. The audit gives us both a clear picture of what's actually going on in your business. Without it, we're guessing - and that's not a good starting point for either of us. The £395 is credited against your first retainer month, so you don't pay twice.

Both, by design. Every Operations Package - The Reset, The Rebuild, and The Partnership - includes dedicated associate hours for day-to-day admin and task delivery, plus direct monthly strategy time with Gemma. You get the hands-on support of a VA and the oversight of an operations specialist, in one package, without needing to piece it together yourself.

One month, rolling thereafter. No lock-ins. If it's not working after the first month, we part ways cleanly. If you need to pause - a quieter quarter, maternity, a sabbatical - we'll work it out. We ask for 30 days notice of any changes.

Some projects or one off services may take place over a couple of months so we don't end up rushing the work.

The Operations Taster, the DIY Audit, or ad-hoc VA hours are all options depending on the size of the task. Fixed-scope projects are also available on request - just tell us what you're trying to solve. We don't push retainers on founders who don't need one.

You do. All templates, SOPs, dashboards, and documentation are yours, in your tools. If we part ways, you walk away with everything we've built together.
