Outsourced Business Support

Reliable support without another permanent hire.

Sometimes the operational problem isn't something that needs redesigning. You simply need more capacity. The invoices need sending. The inbox needs managing. Client follow-ups need to happen. Documents need preparing. Information needs updating.

And those small but important pieces of work can't keep sitting with the people whose time is needed elsewhere.

Hunter Admin provides flexible outsourced business support through our associate team, giving you reliable additional capacity without adding another permanent role.

From 5 hours per month · Minimum 3-month commitment

The work still needs doing.

As businesses grow, so does the amount of work happening behind the scenes. Individually, these tasks don't always justify another employee. Collectively, they take a surprising amount of time away from the people already in the business.

When nobody clearly owns them, they tend to land with whoever is most responsible. Often that's exactly the person whose time you are trying to protect. Outsourced Support gives those tasks somewhere appropriate to go.

Continuous improvement

If you need something that isn't listed, ask.

We'll establish whether it sits within the scope of the service before adding it.

This isn't about handing over random tasks.

Good outsourced support works best when there is clear ownership on both sides.

We'll agree:

  • What we're responsible for
  • What information and access we need
  • What we can handle independently
  • What needs your approval
  • How priorities are communicated
  • What should be escalated
  • How we'll work with your existing team

That means your associate isn't messaging you every five minutes asking what to do next. The aim is to create useful capacity, not another person for you to manage.

How it works

01. Understand what you need

We'll start with a conversation about the support your business needs, what's currently sitting with the wrong people and how much regular capacity would genuinely be useful.

We'll also establish whether Outsourced Support is the right solution. If the underlying issue is actually unclear ownership, broken processes or decision bottlenecks, we'll tell you.

Sometimes adding another pair of hands solves the problem. Sometimes it just gives a broken process another person to travel through.

02. Agree your support package

Your package is based on the amount of monthly support your business needs. Packages start from 5 hours per month and increase in 5-hour increments.

We'll agree the initial areas of responsibility, priorities and ways of working before support begins.

03. Match the right support

Your work is delivered through the Hunter Admin associate team. We match the work with the appropriate person based on the type of support required, experience and availability.

You are working with Hunter Admin, rather than having to source, brief and manage an independent freelancer yourself.

04. Get the work moving

Once onboarding is complete, your associate begins taking ownership of the agreed work. We establish the information, systems, access and communication needed so support can happen consistently.

05. Review as the business changes

Your support doesn't have to stay exactly the same forever. We'll review how the arrangement is working and whether the level or type of support still reflects what the business needs. As your business changes, the support can change with it.

Why Hunter Admin?

Support with an operations brain behind it.

We don't look at a task completely in isolation. If the same problem keeps appearing, a process doesn't make sense or the work is repeatedly bouncing back to somebody senior, we're likely to notice.

That doesn't mean every outsourced support client needs an operations consultancy project. It means you have a team that understands the difference between:

"This task needs doing." and "There is a reason this task keeps becoming a problem."

Where something needs deeper operational attention, we'll raise it rather than quietly working around it forever.

Strategic enough to see the bigger picture. Practical enough to get the work done.

What Outsourced Support gives your business

More capacity

Routine and recurring work has somewhere appropriate to go.

Less senior time spent on administration

Your highest-value people don't need to remain responsible for work that can be owned elsewhere.

Consistency

Important tasks are less likely to disappear beneath more urgent work.

Flexibility

You can access regular support without immediately creating another permanent role.

An extension of your team

Your associate works within the agreed systems and ways of working rather than operating as a disconnected external supplier.

Operational awareness

Because the support sits within Hunter Admin, we can spot recurring friction, dependency or process issues that might otherwise become normalised.

Support that grows with you

You don't need to jump straight into a large monthly commitment.

Our packages start at 5 hours per month, making outsourced support accessible to businesses that need consistent help but aren't ready for a larger resource commitment.

As your needs increase, packages are available in 5-hour incrementsAll packages have an initial 3-month commitment.

This gives us enough time to understand the work, establish good ways of working and create genuine value rather than spending the first month onboarding and disappearing the next.

Simple monthly support packages

Choose the level of regular support your business needs.

5 hours per month - £225/month

A small amount of consistent support for a defined set of recurring tasks.

10 hours per month - £450/month

More regular capacity across agreed administrative and operational responsibilities.

15 hours per month - £675/month

For businesses with a broader range of recurring support needs.

20 hours per month - £900/month

Consistent additional capacity for businesses with a higher volume of ongoing work.

Need more than 20 hours?  We can build a larger support package around what your business needs.

All packages have an initial 3-month commitment.

We'll agree how your hours will be used, the work we'll own and how we'll work with your existing team before support begins.

Who is Outsourced Support for?

This service is a good fit if:

  • Your business has regular administrative or operational work that needs consistent ownership
  • Senior people are spending time on tasks that could sit elsewhere
  • You need additional capacity but don't currently need another employee
  • You've outgrown ad-hoc freelance support
  • You want someone who can work within your existing systems and team
  • You need a reliable resource rather than constantly finding someone for individual tasks
  • You value people who will notice when something isn't working rather than simply completing the task in front of them

You don't need to have completed a Business Operations Review or Operational Improvement Programme first.

Outsourced Support is a standalone Hunter Admin service.

When Outsourced Support isn't the answer

Sometimes a business asks for more capacity when capacity isn't actually the problem. If:

  • Nobody knows who should own the work
  • Decisions continually get stuck
  • Your team has responsibility but not authority
  • The same process keeps failing
  • Work regularly bounces back to senior people
  • You're trying to fix a significant operational problem

adding another person may simply add another layer to it. That's where a Business Operations Review or Operational Improvement Programme may be a better starting point.

We'll tell you if we think that's the case. We're interested in solving the right problem, not selling you hours you don't need.

Already working with Hunter Admin?

Outsourced Support can also provide practical capacity following a Business Operations Review or Operational Improvement Programme. That might mean taking ownership of recurring work created or redistributed through the project, supporting a new process or simply giving the existing team additional capacity.

This is where our wider model comes together:

DIAGNOSE → REDESIGN → EMBED → SUPPORT

Not every business needs every stage. You use the support your business actually needs.

Ready to give the work somewhere appropriate to go?

You don't need another permanent hire for every five or ten hours of work your business creates, and your senior team shouldn't be the default home for everything that doesn't belong anywhere else. Let's look at what's currently taking up capacity and whether Outsourced Support is the right place for it.

Reliable support. Clear ownership. More capacity where your business needs it.
