Hi, I'm Gemma - Founder of Hunter Admin.
I started this business because I kept seeing the same thing. Founders doing brilliant work, building something real - completely held back by the chaos running underneath it.
No systems. No processes. No one owning the operational side. Just one capable person trying to hold everything together, usually at the expense of their evenings, their weekends, and the work they actually love doing.
I knew that problem was fixable. So I built Hunter Admin around fixing it.
I'm a Business Operations Specialist - which means I don't just take tasks off your plate. I look at how your whole business runs, find what's breaking, and build the structure that lets you lead it properly.
That's what Hunter Admin exists to fix.
