Hi, I'm Gemma - founder of Hunter & Co.
I started this business because I'd seen what happens when brilliant, driven people get buried under the weight of running their own operations.
I'd worked closely inside a growing business - watching capable, talented people spending their best hours on admin, processes and paperwork rather than the work they'd actually built their business to do.
The systems weren't there. The operational support wasn't there. And the people at the centre of it were exhausted.
I knew I could fix that. So I built Hunter Admin around that knowledge.
Because whether you run a consultancy, a coaching business, a retail operation or a growing SME — the problem is almost always the same. Brilliant people, doing important work, quietly drowning in the operational side of running a business.
That's what Hunter Admin exists to fix.

I'm a mum of two and I built this business around a life - not the other way round.
That perspective matters. It's why I understand capacity constraints better than most. I know what a good week and a stretched week look like. I know what it cost's to show up for a business when there's a real human cost to every late night.
