Hunter & Co. was built for wellbeing professionals. Therapists, coaches, counsellors and practitioners who spend their days holding space for others, but have no one holding space for them.
With over 15 years' combined experience across admin, customer service and therapeutic environments, we don't just tick tasks off a list. We build calm, sustainable systems behind the scenes

About Me
Hi, I'm Gemma - founder of Hunter & Co, mum, and a firm believer that running a business shouldn't cost you your peace of mind.
I experienced burnout first-hand, and I saw how easily admin overwhelm can creep up on even the most dedicated practitioners. That's why I built Hunter & Co. Not just to handle tasks, but to create the kind of calm, structured support that actually protects your wellbeing.
What I handle: Email and diary management, automation setup (Gmail, Zapier, onboarding flows), CRM setup and optimisation, file and data organisation, client journey support, travel planning, and social media scheduling.
Outside of work, you'll find me with my family, lost in a good book, or unwinding with music.

About Anna
I'm Anna, and I'm the calm, organised presence behind a lot of what happens at Hunter & Co. behind the scenes.
With a background in customer relations, education and leadership, I bring structure, care and a people-first approach to everything I do. I love helping clients feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
What I handle: Spreadsheet design and management, research and information gathering, Canva design and branded templates, business admin support, customer service and communication, and personal task management.
I believe the best support is the kind you barely have to think about, it just works.
