Honestly, both - depending on what you need. Our Stabilise retainer is closer to a senior VA. Streamline and Scale move into operations lead territory. Most founders we work with want a mix of both: the day-to-day admin taken off their plate, and the right systems being built in the background at the same time.

One month. Rolling thereafter - no lock-ins. If it's not working after the first month, we part ways cleanly. If you need to pause for any reason, a quieter quarter, maternity, a sabbatical - we'll work it out. We just ask for 30 days notice of any changes.

Yes. Our core hours are UK-based, but we regularly support founders whose teams span Europe and the US. What we don't offer is 24-hour cover or overnight US support — that needs a different setup, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than overpromise.

You do. All templates, SOPs, dashboards and documentation are yours, in your tools. We don't hold anything hostage. If we part ways, you walk away with everything we've built.

Then the audit, the Admin Power Hour, or a fixed-scope project engagement are all options worth considering. Fixed-scope projects are priced on request - just tell us what you're trying to solve. We don't push retainers on founders who don't need one.
