In our Air BnB Package we will support you with.

• Guest Communication - This includes inbox management, dealing with customer enquieries before, during and after their vists. Drafted welcome messages and House Manuals
• Listing Management - We will update and manage your listings, write property descriptions, update photo's (if needed) and ensure calander's are updated efficently.
• Review Management - We can help you to write responses to reviews whether good or bad
• Scheduling & Co ordination - We can make the arrangements for cleaners, maintenance etc so you dont have to worry.

We offer specialised packages to hosts. These can be customised to change or add on services depending on your needs. These services are:

• Listing Optimisation - We will check your SEO and ensure your listing is seen by the many and not just the few. This is a flat rate of £150 per property. 
• Guest Communication & Review Package - includes features listed in the main package but more focused on these two hours. The price range for this service is between £200 - £350 per month
• Listing Kick-Start - If you have a new property that you would like listed or you are new to Air BnB we can help kick start your listing. This is charged at £150-£200
• Seasonal Management Package - This service is offerred to hosts when they only need support in the busier months but it includes all the features of our Air BnB Package. Prices for this service vary and requires a commitment of 3 months minimum through the year.

We charge £35 an hour for our services. If you would like a retainer package we offer 10 or 20 hours a month with a 10% discount. 

If you require professional photo's of your property, this will incur an additional fee (Price on discovery call)
